Send a reel or review link by email from HoldFast

Send from where the work lives: address it in one field, and every send lands in a History tab with per-recipient opens and clicks.

Updated

The link is done; now it has to reach people. Sending from inside HoldFast keeps the addressing, the send, and the receipts in the place where the work lives.

Send one

  1. Open a reel or review link and click Send (the envelope).
  2. Add recipients: type emails, paste a list, or import contacts right in the To field.
  3. The subject line pre-fills with the reel or link title; edit it to taste.
  4. Click Send.

If a recipient has unsubscribed or repeatedly bounced, they show a warning when added, and HoldFast holds the send to them. The mechanics of that are in Open and click tracking, honestly.

The receipts

The History tab in the same modal lists every previous send for this reel or link, with per-recipient open and click status. "Did she get it, did she open it, did she click through" is answered without leaving the page, and the deeper watch-behavior story lives in Insights.

Sending as yourself

Out of the box, sends go through HoldFast's default sender. Point them through your own email domain and the message arrives from your address, which is better for both trust and deliverability. For one-recipient-one-link outreach where attribution matters most, use personalized links.

Questions

Which email address do my sends come from?

Your workspace SMTP configuration if you have set one up, which means your own domain. Without one, HoldFast sends through the platform default. See Send through your own email domain.

Can I see who I already sent this to?

Yes. The History tab in the Send modal lists every previous send for that reel or review link, with per-recipient open and click status.
