Review link settings reference

Every toggle in one place, one line each, with the full guide one click away. The page you keep open while configuring a link.

Updated

Every switch a review link has, one line each. Every line links to the page that covers it properly. Settings apply live, so changing any of them never means a new URL.

Access control

  • Active: the master switch. Off turns the link off everywhere, and back on restores the same URL.
  • Password protected: one password guards everything behind the link: page, media, comments, and downloads, not only the front door.
  • Require email to view: each visitor enters an email before the page opens; views are attributed to that person and the address flows into your Contacts.
  • Expiration date: pick a date and time or use the presets (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). After it passes, the whole link returns a friendly expired page.

Questions

Which settings can I change after sending the link?

All of them. Settings apply live to the existing URL, so you can add a password, extend an expiry, or enable downloads without re-sending anything.
