Brand a review link
Review pages wear your logo and colors automatically through your brand kit, and a per-link watermark covers sensitive cuts.
A review link is a client touchpoint, so it should look like your studio, not ours. The page branding is automatic: every review link picks up your workspace's default brand kit, no per-link setup. The one branding control that lives on the link itself is the watermark.
Your brand kit does the heavy lifting
In Settings, create a brand kit: your logo, a square logo mark, and your colors. Mark one kit as the default and every review page wears it. Your logo sits on the page and your accent color drives the interactive elements, so a client moving between your review links and your reels sees one consistent studio.
Until you set up a kit, review pages fall back to your workspace logo, so the page is never blank. Setting the kit up once is the difference between "fine" and "yours."
Watermark a sensitive cut
For an unreleased campaign or a pre-release cut, turn on Watermark video in the link's settings and save.
Watermark video is a per-link setting: pick a mode, a policy, and optional custom text.
- Mode sets the weight: Light (corner, low opacity), Standard (center plus corner), or Sensitive (tiled and drifting, for the cut that absolutely cannot leak clean).
- Policy sets who sees it: All viewers, External only (your own logged-in team watches clean), or None.
- Custom text (optional) overrides the default mark. Leave it blank and HoldFast uses the viewer's own name or email, so a leaked frame points straight back at its source.
The mark follows a clip off the page too: a viewer downloading it gets a personally marked copy prepared for them, not a clean master. See Let reviewers download files.
Put it together
A finished link often reads like this: your kit's logo up top, downloads on, and a light watermark on the cut that is not public yet. Every piece is a setting, so the same URL can start as a working review page and end as a clean delivery page.
