Every plan limit on one page: storage, file size, seats, and playback, plus exactly what unlocks at Pro and Team. No per-seat billing anywhere.
HoldFast has three plans, each one flat price for the whole workspace. Free gives you 5 GB of storage, 3 projects, and uploads to 2 GB per file. Pro raises that to 250 GB, unlimited projects, and 10 GB files. Team raises it again: 1 TB and 25 GB. Nobody, on any plan, pays per seat.

Every limit, plan by plan
- Free: 5 GB storage, 3 projects, a single seat, uploads to 2 GB per file, playback up to 1080p.
- Pro: 250 GB storage, unlimited projects, up to 5 team members, uploads to 10 GB per file, playback up to 4K.
- Team: 1 TB storage, unlimited projects, up to 50 team members, uploads to 25 GB per file, playback up to 4K.
Two numbers hold on every plan: comment attachments cap at 10 MB per file, and only your original uploads count toward storage. The streaming copies and thumbnails HoldFast keeps for you cost you nothing.
What unlocks at Pro
Passwords and expiry dates on review links, download controls and custom branding, frame-accurate comments and drawing on the frame, custom watermarks, email gates, the advanced analytics in the Data Explorer, API access, and embedding reels on your own site.
What unlocks at Team
Everything in Pro, plus a custom domain for your links, white-label pages that carry your brand alone, a published website gallery, and director pages.
When storage fills up
New uploads pause. That is the whole consequence: nothing is deleted, every review link, reel, and presentation you have already shared keeps playing, and your projects stay exactly as they were. The message you see spells out how much of your quota is used, and you have three ways forward: delete what you no longer need, add a storage block from Settings → Billing with the + Add 250 GB button, or move up a plan. The storage bar on the Billing page shows where you stand long before it comes to that.
Free reviewers, no per-seat billing
A seat is a teammate who signs in. The people you send links to (clients, reviewers, prospects) never need an account, never count against your seats, and are unlimited on every plan. Within your team, the seat number is a ceiling, not a meter: your fifth member costs the same as your first, because the price never moves with headcount. Questions
Do reviewers count toward my seat limit?
No. Seats count teammates who sign in to your workspace. The people you send links to never need an account, so a Pro workspace with 5 members can serve any number of clients and viewers.
What happens to my files when I hit the storage limit?
Nothing. Existing files, links, and projects are untouched and keep working. Only new uploads pause, until you free some space, add a storage block, or move up a plan.
Is there per-seat billing?
No. Each plan is one flat price that includes its full seat count: up to 5 members on Pro, up to 50 on Team. If your team outgrows Team, contact us and we will sort you out.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
You keep every paid feature until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace drops to Free. Nothing is deleted, and the links you have shared stay live.
