Sync engagement to Copper
The rep opens a contact in Copper and sees the watch behavior next to the emails: a score in a field, the big moments as activities.
A CRM knows who matters; HoldFast knows who is watching. The Copper connection makes each tell the other.
Connect it
In Settings → Integrations, open the Copper section and provide your Copper API key and user email, then map which Copper custom field should carry the engagement score. Use Test connection before saving; a green test means the credentials and field mapping both resolve.
What flows into Copper
- Engagement scores: each matched contact's current score lands in the custom field you mapped, refreshed daily, so Copper lists and workflows can sort and trigger on real watch behavior.
- Alert activities: the moments worth a rep's attention (repeat views, rewatch spikes, downloads, score jumps) log as activities on the contact's Copper timeline, next to the calls and emails where reps actually look.
What flows back
HoldFast pulls your Copper contacts daily, which sharpens attribution: a viewer matching a CRM contact is verified identity, stated without hedges, and your CRM's understanding of companies feeds the same grading.
Run HubSpot instead? That connection covers the same ground with HubSpot vocabulary, and webhooks reach everything else.
Questions
Which direction does the sync run?
Both, each doing one job. HoldFast pulls Copper contacts so viewers match to people your CRM already knows, and pushes engagement scores and alert activities back onto those records.
