Your reps already live in HubSpot. This integration brings HoldFast's answer to "who's watching?" to them, pushing engagement scores and view events straight onto the matching contact, so the signal lands where the follow-up happens.
What syncs
- Engagement score → contact property. The 0–100 engagement score and its Cold/Warm/Hot/On-Fire label write to a HubSpot contact property, kept current as the viewer's behaviour changes.
- View events → timeline. Meaningful moments (opened your reel, rewatched a clip, hit a deck's CTA) post as activity on the contact's timeline.
Connect
- In HoldFast go to Settings → Integrations and find the HubSpot card.
- Click Connect and authorize the integration.

Map your fields
Map the engagement score onto a HubSpot contact property.
Point HoldFast's score and label at the HubSpot contact properties you want them in (create dedicated ones like *HoldFast Engagement* if you'd rather keep them separate). Matching is by email, so contacts identified through email gates and personalized links line up with existing HubSpot records automatically.
Verify
Send yourself a personalized link, watch a clip, and check the contact in HubSpot. The score populates and the activity appears.
