Download the files

Pick the original or a lighter copy, or zip the whole batch in one click. No button? That is a sender setting, not a glitch.

For reviewers

Updated

If the sender enabled downloads on your review link, a Download control sits with the video, and it offers a choice of quality rather than one enormous file. If you see no download button anywhere, that is a sender setting, not a glitch: downloads are off by default, and the sender can flip them on in a moment.

Pick a quality

Click Download. When more than one option exists you get a menu: the Original file, plus ready-to-download copies at 1080p, 720p, and 480p, each with an estimated file size beside it. Passing the file to finishing or keeping a master? Take Original. Watching on the road? A smaller copy saves the wait.

Expected result: the download starts in your browser with a progress indicator. Large originals take as long as your connection allows.

Grab everything at once

When the link carries several files and downloads are on, a Download All button appears in the header. It packages the whole set into a single zip named after the review, with the same quality choice when lighter copies exist, so collecting six cutdowns is one action instead of six.

If the video is watermarked

On some links the sender protects the media with a personal watermark. Downloading then shows a Secure Download step: a copy is prepared with a watermark identifying you as the recipient, and the download is logged. Preparing it takes a moment on long videos. This is normal, and it is why you can be trusted with a pre-release file in the first place.

No download button?

Ask the sender. Downloads are a per-link switch on their side, and turning them on updates your link immediately at the same URL. If the whole page will not open at all, see Passwords, expired links, and access problems.

Questions

Why is there no download button on my link?

Downloads are off by default and the sender decides per link. Ask them: they can switch downloads on in a moment and the same URL updates immediately.

Which quality should I pick?

Original for finishing, archiving, or anything that will be edited again. 1080p or below for a quick local watch or a slow connection; the estimated size next to each option tells you what you are in for.

What does the Secure Download step mean?

The sender protects this media with a personal watermark. Your copy is prepared with a watermark identifying you as the recipient, and the download is logged. Preparing it can take a moment on long videos.
