Set up your brand kit

Build the kit once (colors, two typefaces, three logo forms) and every public page and email your workspace sends wears it.

Updated

Everything you share (review links, reels, presentations, the emails announcing them) carries your client's first impression. A brand kit is where that impression is defined once.

What a kit holds

  • Colors: primary, secondary, accent, background, and text.
  • Typography: a body font and a heading font.
  • Logos: the full logo, a logo mark (small icon), and a favicon.
  • Website URL: where your name links to on public pages.

The default kit

Mark one kit as the default and it applies to every new reel and review link without another thought. Individual reels and links can override it when one client's work needs its own look, and agencies keep a kit per client for exactly that.

Everywhere the kit reaches

Review links, reels, and presentation pages wear the colors, type, and logo. Notification emails pull the kit's name, logo, and colors through template variables. The logo mark also appears in your workspace navigation bar, so the brand is present on the inside too.

Build the kit before the deadline week. It is the difference between "we also send branded pages" and every link you ever paste already being one.

Questions

What does setting a default kit do?

The default applies to every new reel and review link automatically, so nothing ships unbranded. Individual reels and links can still override it.

Why three logo forms?

They do different jobs. The full logo carries public page headers, the logo mark (a small icon) fits the navigation bar and tight corners, and the favicon lives in the browser tab.
