The intelligence feed & morning brief
Instead of a dashboard you have to interpret, HoldFast writes you the story: who came back, what’s circulating inside an account, what’s going cold.
Open a normal analytics dashboard and you get numbers you still have to turn into a decision. HoldFast's intelligence feed skips that step. It reads the raw viewer activity across your reels, review links, and presentations and writes you the story in plain sentences: who came back after going quiet, what is being passed around inside an account, which warm viewer is slipping. Each story arrives with a suggested next move, so the feed reads like a to-do list, not a chart to decode.
The Intelligence tab
Insights opens on the Intelligence tab, and it stacks three things top to bottom.
The Morning Brief is an auto-generated daily summary: unique viewers, page views, new viewers, rewatches, and full watches. It is the thirty-second read that tells you whether yesterday was busy or quiet.
The Live Pulse is a real-time count of who is watching right now, with device indicators, refreshed about once a minute. When a link you sent moments ago lights up, you see it here.
The Narrative Feed is the heart of it: individual stories, sorted by urgency.
Your top-line numbers, the day in one line, then narratives sorted by urgency.
How the feed is sorted
Cards are grouped by how much they need you now:
- RIGHT NOW: act today, like a reel circulating inside an organization.
- TODAY: important, like a new engaged viewer or a returning visitor speeding up.
- THIS WEEK: worth a look soon, like a once-active viewer going cold.
- INSIGHT: an observation, like which clip is your standout.
The stories it tells
- Returning viewer: someone dormant is back, the strongest buying signal there is. It is judged against that viewer's *own* rhythm, not a blanket 7-day rule, so it fires for a weekly visitor and a monthly one alike.
- Circulation: two or more people from the same company are watching, so your work is being passed around inside the account.
- Acceleration: a viewer is returning with shorter and shorter gaps between visits.
- New eyes: a brand-new viewer went deep fast, with high completion or rewatches inside 48 hours.
- Going cold: a once-engaged viewer is slipping below their normal cadence, surfaced on a quieter at-risk rail.
- Clip insight: your standout clip, identified from rewatch behavior.
Work the feed, then clear it
Every card carries a suggested action and an expandable evidence panel showing the views behind the claim. Do the thing it suggests and mark it actioned, or dismiss it; either way the card leaves the feed, so it stays a live list of what is worth your attention rather than a growing archive.
