Your Wiredrive presentation habit, translated: what becomes a reel, what becomes a presentation, and how the four fixed roles line up on this side.

If you built your sales story in Wiredrive, it lives in the Library: presentations you assembled from spots and sent to agency producers. Wiredrive is now part of MediaSilo under EditShare, and the sanctioned migration path carries assets forward but not legacy presentations. So the question is not only where your files go. It is where the presentation habit goes. Here is the map.

Presentations become reels

A Wiredrive presentation is a curated run of spots, wearing your branding, sent as one link. In HoldFast that is a reel: a branded presentation page at its own address, built from assets already sitting in your projects. You pick the clips, set the order, choose a cover, and publish. Every view is recorded, so you can tell whether the agency watched two spots or the whole run.

Credentials and treatments become presentations

Library and Projects become one shelf

Wiredrive splits your world in two: the Library holds assets and presentations, Projects holds work in review. HoldFast keeps one shelf. Every video lives in a project, with folders that nest as deep as you need, and the sharing surfaces sit on top of it. The same master can appear in a reel for a pitch and behind a review link for a client without a second copy of the file.

Four roles, translated

Wiredrive gives you four fixed roles. HoldFast has four too, and they line up closely:

• Administrator becomes admin: everything, plus team and workspace settings.
• Producer becomes member: full access to projects and assets, and can create reels, presentations, and review links.
• Basic becomes viewer: read only.

A sensible order to move in

1. List the presentations you still send. Most companies have five or six doing the real work.
2. Record what will not travel. Note the spot order and the copy on each one while you can still open them.
3. Bring the masters into projects, arranged the way your team actually thinks: by client, by brand, or by year.
4. Rebuild your top presentations as reels, then send the next pitch from HoldFast and watch who opens it.

Rebuild the busy ones first. The long tail can wait, and some of it will turn out not to be worth rebuilding at all.
