Cancel or archive: what happens to your links
The pre-cancel anxiety page: what stays up (your links), what stops (future charges), what waits (archived data, 90 days), and the one-click way back.
The question under this page is always the same one: if I stop paying, does the work I sent people disappear? No. Here is exactly what each action does.
Cancel a subscription
Canceling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, every paid feature keeps working; after, the workspace drops to Free. You are not charged again, and nothing is deleted: projects, files, and every link you have shared stay exactly where they are. Features beyond Free's tier lock until you upgrade again, but nothing behind them is lost.
Changed your mind mid-wait? The "subscription ending" banner carries a Keep my plan button: one click resumes on the same card, with no new checkout and no re-charge.
Archive a workspace
Archiving puts the whole workspace on hold for up to 90 days. Your review links and reels remain accessible to viewers throughout, so a paused business does not break its outstanding promises. Reactivate any time in the window, from the link in any archive email or by signing in and clicking Reactivate (restoring paid features means setting up a subscription again). After 110 days without reactivation, the data is permanently deleted.
Delete a workspace
The Delete Workspace button in the danger zone starts the same archive flow, which means even "delete" gives you the 90-day grace period before anything is unrecoverable. A decision made in a hard week gets three months to be unmade.
Questions
Do my review links and reels die when I cancel?
No. You keep every paid feature until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace drops to Free. Nothing is deleted and shared links stay live.
I canceled and changed my mind. Now what?
While the cancel is pending, the "subscription ending" banner has a Keep my plan button. One click resumes on the same card, no new checkout, no re-charge.
When is data actually deleted?
Only at the end of the archive path: an archived workspace holds for 90 days, reactivatable throughout, and is permanently deleted after 110 days without reactivation. Canceling a subscription alone deletes nothing.
