Push engagement to Notion

Keep a living Notion database of who’s watching, updated automatically.

Updated

Insights already knows who's warming up. Notion is where your team plans around it. This integration keeps a living Notion database of the people watching your work: one page per viewer, their engagement score attached, updated on its own as they keep coming back.

What each page holds

HoldFast creates or updates a page per identified viewer and writes to the properties your database defines. Recommended ones:

  • Name (title) and Email (email)
  • Company
  • Engagement Score (number)
  • Intent Tier (the Cold / Warm / Hot / On-Fire label)
  • Watched At (date)

HoldFast honors your property types, so a number property gets a number and a date gets a date. Only people HoldFast has identified by email land here, through an email gate, a personalized link, or a CRM match; anonymous company traffic stays in the viewer explorer.

Connect

  1. In Notion, create an internal integration and copy its token.
  2. Open the target database, click the ••• menu, choose Connections, and connect your integration so it can write there.
  3. In HoldFast, go to Settings → Integrations, open the Notion card, and paste the integration token and the Database ID.
  4. Click Test, then enable the destination.

Keep it clean

Give the database a title property named something like Name and an Email property, then add score, tier, company, and date properties as you want them. HoldFast writes only to properties that exist, so an unmapped column is simply left alone.

Verify

Send yourself a personalized link and watch a clip. A page appears for you with a score. Watch again and the same page updates rather than spawning a duplicate, giving you a database you can sort, filter, and build views on: everyone Hot this week, everyone from one company, everyone who's gone quiet.
