Sync viewers to Airtable

Land every identified viewer and their score as a row in your Airtable base.

Your best answer to "who's watching?" lives in Insights, but your team runs on Airtable. This integration lands every identified viewer, and the engagement score that comes with them, as a row in your base, so the people worth following up with sit right next to your deals, your outreach, and your notes.

What lands in a row

HoldFast pushes a viewer per row and fills the columns your table has:

• Name and Email (the merge key)
• Company and Company Domain
• Engagement Score and Intent Tier (the Cold / Warm / Hot / On-Fire label)
• Surface and Surface URL (the reel, deck, or review link they watched)
• Watched At

A viewer reaches Airtable once HoldFast has an email for them, which happens when someone arrives through an email gate, a personalized link, or a CRM match. Anonymous, company-only traffic stays in the viewer explorer; this feed is your identified people.

Set up the table

Create a table with an Email column, that's the only one HoldFast needs, then add any of the columns above you want filled. HoldFast only writes to columns that exist, so start small and add more later.

Connect

1. In Airtable, create a Personal Access Token with access to the base you want to write to.
2. In HoldFast, go to Settings → Integrations and open the Airtable card.
3. Paste the token, your Base ID (starts with app) and the Table ID or name (starts with tbl).
4. Click Test to confirm HoldFast can reach the base, then enable the destination.

Dedupe is automatic

Rows are keyed on email. A returning viewer updates their existing row rather than piling up duplicates, so the score you see is always their latest, not a snapshot from three weeks ago.

Verify

Send yourself a personalized link, watch a clip, and check the base. Your row appears with a score. Watch again and the same row updates in place.
